Meet The Chef
I've always had a passion for food from an early age, in part due to my Italian grandmother, Anna who naturally influenced how I cook to this very day.
My style is a fusion of Modern British, Italian & French, a combination of textures & flavours with a twist on nostalgic classics.
My career spans three decades in professional kitchens and leading restaurants, leaving me fully equipped with heaps of experience and enthusiasm.
Artisan Epicurean is my latest endeavour, inspired by the birth of my son to take my career into something more personal and bespoke.
